Please pay the minimum amount per day for the duration of your stay within 7 days of booking request in order to secure your booking.
Thereafter the booking becomes available to next on waiting list.

The minimum amount can be found under "Rates". The remaining balance is payable on arrival.
Deposits are only refundable if your booking is cancelled 1 month before the first night of your stay or if we are able to fill your booking.
In the event of part of your group not arriving, there will be no refunds given.
